Insurance & Financing
You'll know exactly what you're investing in before you commit to anything — and we'll help you find a payment structure that works.
Making It Work
A financial approach as thoughtful as the care
Whether you have orthodontic insurance benefits or are paying entirely out of pocket, we have a plan that makes treatment accessible. Our team handles the details so you don't have to.
Insurance
We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans with orthodontic benefits and help Evanston-area patients maximize what they have. Our team verifies your coverage before treatment begins — and we'll tell you exactly what your plan covers and what you'll owe, in writing, before you sign anything.
Flexible Payments
Low down payments and in-house payment plans spread the cost of treatment across your treatment period. We offer 0% interest financing and will find a structure that fits your monthly budget.
Price Transparency
We discuss all costs upfront. You'll know the full fee, your insurance contribution, and your out-of-pocket responsibility before signing anything. No estimates. No "it depends." Just clear numbers you can plan around.
Insurance Coverage
We handle the paperwork
Most dental insurance plans include some orthodontic benefit — often a lifetime maximum of $1,000 to $2,000 or more. We'll verify your specific coverage before your first visit and apply it directly to your treatment fee.
If you have more than one insurance plan, we'll coordinate benefits across both. If your employer offers an FSA or HSA, orthodontic treatment is a qualified expense — we can help you plan around your benefit year.
- Coverage verified before treatment starts
- Benefits applied directly to your balance
- FSA and HSA accepted
- We'll help you understand your plan's lifetime maximum
- Coordination of multiple insurance plans
