Not at all. You're welcome to contact us directly. That said, we work closely with many local dentists and are happy to coordinate with your dental team.

A photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. If you have recent dental X-rays (within the last 6 months), you're welcome to bring those too — though we'll take our own records if needed.

Plan for about 60 minutes. We'll do a comprehensive exam, take records, and sit down with you to go through your options in detail. We don't rush.

Yes. Orthodontic treatment qualifies as a medical expense under FSA and HSA plans. We'll accept payment from those accounts and can help you plan around your benefit year if needed.

It depends on the complexity of your case. Treatment can range from as few as 6 months for minor corrections to 24 months or more for complex bite issues. We'll give you a realistic estimate at your consultation.

We offer clear aligners, traditional metal braces, clear ceramic braces, and hidden (lingual) braces — as well as early orthodontics for younger patients. The right option depends on your goals, lifestyle, and what your case requires.

Some tenderness in the first few days after getting braces or starting a new set of aligners is normal. It's not sharp pain — more like pressure. It typically fades within a few days, and most patients find it very manageable.

Typical adjustment appointments are every 6–10 weeks, depending on your treatment type. Clear aligner patients often have longer intervals between check-ins.

Give us a call. We schedule same-day or next-day appointments for broken brackets or wires. Repairs during active treatment are included in your fee.

Yes — retainers are how we protect the result you worked for. At the end of treatment, you'll receive a set of retainers and instructions for how to wear them. We include retainers in your treatment fee.

Teeth want to shift back, so retainers are a long-term commitment. We'll guide you through the transition from full-time to nighttime wear, but most patients keep wearing retainers indefinitely to preserve their results.
